Jane's Place Submission Terms

Thank you for your submission to Jane's Place on AAC Language Lab.

By making this submission, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I understand that I will not receive any financial compensation from PRC-Saltillo for the submission of any materials.

• I understand that by submitting these materials, PRC-Saltillo does not claim ownership of my submission content. However, by submitting, I agree to grant PRC-Saltillo a worldwide, royalty-free, nonexclusive, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce and modify my submitted materials for the purposes of operating and enabling use by myself and others of AAC Language Lab and other PRC-Saltillo operated websites.

• In granting PRC-Saltillo the rights to distribute my submitted materials (in whole or in part), I understand that PRC-Saltillo does not hold the right to sell or otherwise license my submitted materials on a stand-alone basis.

• I understand that I may terminate PRC-Saltillo's right to distribute my submitted materials by requesting removal of my submission from AAC Language Lab. This request can be made to info@prc-saltillo.com

• I represent and warrant that: (a) I own the materials being submitted or have the right to grant the licenses outlined above; (b) the submitted materials do not violate the intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person or entity, and (c) the display and storage of my submitted materials on AAC Language Lab does not result in a breach of any contract between myself and a third party. I agree to pay for any royalties, fees or  other amounts that may arise owing to a third party by reason of any materials submitted to AAC Language Lab.

• I understand that the use by PRC-Saltillo of any submissions to AAC Language Lab is within the discretion of PRC-Saltillo and submissions may not be approved based on a number of factors including content requirements.
