What Can You Do During The Covid-19 Quarantine??

What do you do when you can’t visit anyone in person? You can email your friends and family to keep in touch.

If you can’t go to yoga or exercise class, you can use video calls or try to do it at home.

If you can’t go to school, you can take classes on the computer.  Little kids can read a good book or make a recipe to practice math and science.

If you can’t go to speech therapy, you can practice on your own and kids can practice using AAC by starting a conversation about anything.

If you really want to go outside, you could run around.

The best way to stay healthy is to wash your hands, always. You should cover your mouth and cough or sneeze into your elbow.  Try to stay 6 feet away from others.

Stay happy and healthy and keep your head up.  It will all be fine.
