I am Scott Palm. I’m a 62 old man who has an Associated Arts degree from Shoreline Community College and attended the University of Washington. I have cerebral palsy quadriplegia and live in Everett, Washington in an apartment receiving twenty-four-hour support. I have used a PRC device since the TouchTalker in 1986. Currently, I’m using a Accent 1400. Also, I’m a PRC Ambassador since 1995, and had assisted device classes. I started my own business, Palmtree Enterprises, in 2005, doing disability awareness training.
