Hi my name is Mackenzie Sanders. I am from New Bedford Massachusetts. I have cerebral palsy. I can’t walk so Ihave nice pink wheelchair to get around in and because I can’t talk that is why I use communication device. I have been using one since I was 5 years old.
I use an accent 1400 with two head switches attached to my headrest. My access method is 2 step scan with quarter row column. I have been a PRC ambassador for the past 3 years. Now let me tell you about myself. In 2019 I graduated from high school and now I go to college studying Liberal Arts. My hobbies include reading, dancing and most recently painting to help with anxiety. I am in a special needs dance class. It’s awesome. I love it! I love dancing with my friends our class consists of 18 dancers! I have been in the class for 13 years!
