Hello, my name is Charles Dixon, and I was born on June 5th, 1960, in San Diego. I was born with Cerebral Palsy but that didn't stop me on having a normal life. I had my ups and downs throughout my life with surgery after surgery, but I kept going. I then went through school until the 12th grade, moved out of the family home at 16 and when I graduated, I started my own DJ business with one of my brothers and two other friends. I did that until I was 25 years old. A couple of years later, I got engaged to my sweetheart and we had my baby girl Kendall, my HEART. She just turned 30. Also, I went on to teach myself how to drive but as I got older that stopped me from driving. Also, I'm older now so I couldn't get into my bathtub, so me and one of my other friends started an organization under my church so I have an accessible bathroom now. I'm working on trying to receive my own van to get me from place to place. I also love music, dressing well and spending time with my daughter, going to church. I try not to let anything hold me back. If I don't know how to do it, I like to learn someday. I would like to travel and do a lot of other stuff.
