Hi, my name is Lauren and I am excited to be writing my first blog. I am very excited to be able to go out and do lots of things again once we can be around other people again. We really don’t know when all this will be over. I am very excited because even though High Point, where I go for my day program, is closed, we may be doing FaceTime to say hi to each other, maybe this week. I do a program called Conductive Education and I call it CE. It is where I go to work on everyday things like sitting, standing, walking, rolling on the floor and also using a spoon to eat. I work with Jen and Jalysse and they are my teachers. I go there on Tuesdays, but I can’t do that right now. I am excited because we now have an appointment on Fridays. It will be on the computer through a video conference. It is ok to do everything on the computer for now. We can talk on the phone or also use facetime. We are trying to get through everything together. You need to depend on your family and friends for hard times like these.
