
What are some of your favorite activities you do to keep yourself healthy?

In my opinion, my favorite activities I do is pray and put God first in everything I do. Also, I enjoy eating healthy food such as salads and other healthy meals. In addition to eating healthy, I enjoy playing cards or Candy Crush on my communication device. Whatever I am doing to keep my mind healthy and keep my mind off of school work I do. Playing cards or Candy Crush relaxes me because I put my mind on the game instead of on my school work or on my personal issues. However, playing games does take a lot of stress off me.
Although I try to eat healthy there is always weight issues with anything I go through, we are women what can I say. My staff members make me an awesome salad with lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, cheese, guacamole, bacon bits or diced ham and I will have one either for lunch or dinner with water. It will usually fill me up until my next meal, but I can have a snack in between meals too. In my opinion, my snacks vary from healthy to non-healthy depending on my mood.
Also, I love listening to music because I think that music is therapy for the soul because it relaxes me and takes my mind off of my school work and any personal issues that I am going through at the moment.
In conclusion, all of my favorite activities are generally geared towards reducing stress and relaxing my mind and when my mind is relaxed my body generally falls along with it.
