Holiday Lights

Hello everybody! My name is Kristy Lipe and I’m originally from Memphis , Tennessee but I live in Long Beach , Mississippi now . I’m 34 and I have cerebral palsy but that doesn’t even stop me from doing much! I did Taekwondo for eight years and I’m a 3rd degree black belt and three time world champion in A T A. I have a continuing education certificate in leadership and ministry from Moody Bible Institute . I’m a member at Northwood church and really loving it there!

It’s crazy how we are already at the end of the year again! Last year was our first holiday season down here and we had some unfortunate situations come around. But we did get to go to this amazing Christmas light event at the park called Harbor Lights! It’s at a huge park called Jones Park down here so they had everything lit up! It was an under the sea theme so it had a giant blue octopus with a Santa hat on. There were some mermaids , King Triton and my personal favorite, the sunken pirate ship scene! Harbor Lights was actually featured in a Hallmark movie once! This year I think we’ll be able to do more Christmas activities , thankfully!
