In fields of sweat and stories old,
Where echoes of the past unfold,
Sports and history intertwine,
Lessons in each breath of time.
The runner’s pace, the champion’s stride,
Reflect the fight that’s deep inside,
A battle fought with heart and will,
Through every loss, through every thrill.
History’s pages, worn and wise,
Reveal the truth behind the lies,
A tapestry of joy and pain,
A guide through sunshine and rain.
Together they teach us how to stand,
To face the storms, to command,
That life’s a race, a story spun,
Of battles lost and victories won.
So in the game, in history’s call,
Find strength to rise, to give your all,
For in the echoes of the past,
Lies the power to forever last.
