Hi, my name is Alexis Ayala.I was born in Bellwood, IL on July 5th. I was born with cerebral palsy but that has yet to stop me! Before I used a PRC device, I used a communication board with only five words. It was frustrating because I had more to say but couldn't express it. I got my first PRC communciation device when I was 5. I was excited because I could talk to my family. It allowed me to communicate in both English and Spanish.
With this device I can also play songs off the internet and write my own music. I work part time at my school where I DJ for fun Fridays. My favorite thing to do is play video games and make tik tok calls. I also play basketball for my school's team. My device has helped me in so many ways, I was even able to get a job so I can help my mom find a house one day.
Now with this device I have all the power of the internet at my disposal and as a PRC-Saltillo ambassador I am here to share it with all of you.
