In 2018, Abdi founded Limitless Minds Group (LMG), a pioneering organisation dedicated to mentoring, training, and consultancy in the disability and AAC space. Through LMG, he has mentored and trained hundreds of AAC users, educators, and professionals, offering unparalleled insight into the lived experiences of those who rely on assistive technology. His work has influenced schools, charities, and organisations across the UK and internationally, ensuring that individuals with communication needs receive the right support, tools, and mindset to thrive.
