Students create a tribute tree to honor women in their lives for International Women's Day.

Print out the included hands on cardstock. Cut out and use to trace on different colors of construction paper. Cut out as many hands as needed. Draw a tree on a poster board.
Students will use their device to identify women who are important to them. They can then write a word, phrase, or sentence to tell why each woman is important. Transfer each message onto a hand. Attach each hand to the tree as if it were a leaf. Students can populate their tree with as many hands as they want.
